Skilled Nursing and Long-term Care
Post-acute care on our Skilled Nursing Unit:
Following an illness or injury requiring a hospital visit, many of our loved ones are eligible for a short stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Our staff of licensed skilled nurses, therapists, dietician, social worker and activities director will build a Care Plan to work toward restoring health and returning patients back to their prior level of living - or better!
Living on our Long-term Care Unit:
When our loved ones reach a point where they can no longer live independently, we take pride in providing a loving and compassionate environment to meet their needs. Our Long-term Care unit is available for patients who need around-the-clock care.
